Gosh, there's tons to do. We will need a Government, maybe, and a Department of Water Works too, and an State bird.... Oh, and a location! Someplace that can fit 150 million people. And I guess we will need a fairly large military, because we can't live in Antartica.

So, let's see... OK, so far I have this. Our new flag! The ol' All Yin and no Yang. All rise, put your left hand under your right armpit and make a little hop.

Even when I was a kid, I dreamt of starting my own new civilisation settlement of some sort. I even drew up plans for my first village

Btw the more astute may have noticed the name of our new country is: Aspia

Our first Head of State for life (appointed in absentia) is: Comrade People's King Elvis Aaron Presley

Really? That is cool. What initiative! You are appointed Head of Public Works, Banana Imports and the Secret Police. Sorry about the load, but we all must wear multiple hats at this time. Of the three I would say Banana imports is the most important to get up and running first.

Once this state gets a stable government, I will start working on a coup d'etat to overthrow it.

Aspia - Yes, I like this name.

Yin-Heavy logo - It's brilliant. But you do realise that Yin is feminine, therefore it will have to be matriarchal society, which means all the leaders are women.

National anthem - Love it. Even though it doesn't make any sense.

Like a Virgin - No. Because I don't like the tune. How about Bicycle Race by Queen?

Head of State - I feel undecided about this. I do like the idea of having a head of state for life who is dead. But well, he's male for one, and secondly, he's overrated. I haven't got a better suggestion though. Hmm. Minnie Mouse?

Do we also need a national language?

I am sorry. It was stuck in my head! I don't know how either. I don't listen to Radio (except NPR) or watch TV. 1000 curses on Madonna.

Oh, I think I know that song 'Bicycle Race'. Yes, of course, that is the new music for the National Anthem. But can we do it in a Salsa beat ? I love the percussion in Salsa.

Elvis... A Diplomatic Ploy only, and only for the intial stage of the Aspian peoples great struggle for Independance. We feel that having Elvis might make prospective enemy recruits hestitate to join the army, as some would have moral objections to opposing Elvis. Frankly also no one has actually seen Elvis in a while and we are not sure he's up to the supreme task.

True Democratic National Elections will be held within 6 months of the overthrow of Canada of course.

And I love the idea of a Matriarchal Aspie Society!

First official dispute with the new government:

The national anthem MUST be 'Sounds of Silence' by Simon and Garfunkel.

The anthem should represent Aspergians' emotional/social skills, and that song does it best.

We need to locate our homeland somewhere that has a lot of ferns.

I like ferns.

And our state colors MUST include purple.

Are we going to have sheep, or vicunas?

Of course.... General. Yes, you are not only the first pilot but also Commander in Chief of all Aspian Air Forces and Nuclear Devices. You do of course realize that an insurgency like ours does not have very large Air Forces to begin with, but it will undoubtedly grow in time as we capture enemy airfields and depots, but anyway here is the Briefing Sir.

Summary of Aspian Air Forces

Aircraft - 1 (Single engine Cessna 182. Has 1 flat tire.)
Air Force Personnel - 2
Special Ops Drones - 17 (these are converted commercial RC planes with all-volunteer suicide Care Bear stuffed animal pilots)

Nuclear Warheads - Over 20,000 (obtained on Black Market, Ebay, etc.)
