Can you order something that could be bad & eat a salad the next day?

No. It's completely impossible. No one has ever dared do it. Don't break the rules!

I should have said you eat bad one night & eat a salad the next day to eat healthy.

People can eat whatever they want. They can eat unhealthy food every night. Or never eat unhealthy food. Everyone is free to make decisions for themselves. Why is this even a thread?

I think Kitty4670 has an interest in food and health, so it may be a genuine question.
And in my opinion, yes, there's nothing wrong with occasionally eating junk food or deep fried food, as long as your diet normally contains a healthy amount of veggies.

I don't think eating only a salad the next day would be a good idea because it might not fill you up, and then you might eat some other fattening or sugary snack. Just try to eat balanced meals most of the time and don't feel guilty about eating fast food if it's only once in a while.

*wouldn't* be a good idea.
