Can you function being in there? I have to leave. The smell there is too strong.

I can handle it for about fifteen to twenty minutes, then I have to get out of there. All of the scents will make me dizzy if I stay too long in there.

If I could afford it, I'd surround myself with scented candles 24/7.

I'd just never light them.

I have to walk quickly past these shops. The smells are too intense and I get dizzy almost immediately.

My other half has a thing about scented candles, she's drawn to the many candle stores like a moth to light.

All I can say is AAAAAAAHHHHHHHGGGG!! !! !! 8O

After two minutes in the store the stink just overwhelms me and I must/have to leave. The smell seems to stay in your clothes for a period of time too.

I like the tea light candles that go into fancy candle holders. I don't care too much about the scented candles.

Now that you mentioned… I can't remember ever having been in a candle shop.

There is one at the mall in my area. I can't stay in there very long.

Something we can agree on

I have a specific scent I try to make, or buy. I know what candle(s) make that scent so I usually buzz the store to find it. It seems that the candle scents in winter are more overwhelming than the ones they sell in the summer. Am I nuts or has anyone else thought it?

Fnord- I won a scented candle as a prize in my last horse show. It's too strong for me. You want it? Lavender+sandalwood. :D
