when you're able to sit back and take in nuances of things like you weren't able to just a moment ago like feeling the cool air on the roof of int inside of your nose or the color pink or how bread tastes or how even silence has a sound?

It's a very calming, very cool feeling.

I have been having experiences like that lately. When I just sit back and experience myself experiencing myself. It is so cool and calm, and I don't understand where it's coming from. It's not like I went looking for it by meditating or something. It's very far removed from anxiety, which is my normal state. These experiences have been coming for the last week or so. I don't know what I'm doing different but I hope they continue or I can learn to maintain or sustain them. Self awareness with no judgment attached is how I would describe it. And once, about a week ago, it almost felt as if I were larger than life, super-imposed on my life, watching myself and loving myself and everything in my life.
