I miss when Cable had variety and it was a cool practice when you will have to surf the channels to see what's on? Unfortunately, I think that will go away. How do you feel about it?

I hate how lots of channels left their name format like how MTV 1ce stood for music television but no longer has anything to do with music even thou it's still called MTV. Lots of shows get shown on at least 5 different networks nowadays so whenever I look through the guide I see the same stuff I don't want to watch on & I wonder why there's so many different channels.

Cable TV isn't what it used to be. I have to buy my favourite shows on DVD to watch them now.

I remember when A&E was Arts and Entertainment channel. Now, they have shows called "60 seconds to sell", "Big Smo", Shipping Wars, "Duck Dynasty". I think they phased out the "Arts" part.
