I think I need a tutorial on how to properly hold and use a spoon, fork, and knife.

P. S.: Keep in mind that I'm a righty.

P. P. S.: It's also okay if you show me instructions on the correct way to use chopsticks.

Proper utensils position

As for chopsticks that's a different story, but essentially you want the bottom stick to remain stable. While the top stick can move freely, or at least that's how I do it I may be wrong though.

I was taught how to hold utensils "properly" at age 13.

It takes a bit of practice--but I'm sure you'll succeed.
