I HATE turkey so....

I cannot believe how good they turned out! 
My new temp-controller worked GREAT.
Yes, that's barbecue sauce on the rice... My ribs don't need sauce. 
c'mon, now... I know I'm not the only one eating today.

The green stuff is turnip greens... It was a very 'down home' thanksgiving.
