I have just changed mine to Lord Havelock Vetinari, the benevolent dictator of Ankh-Morpork. The rank means "If it ain't broke, don't fix it". And the signature, well roughly "If you have someone's attention, their hearts and minds will follow..."

Lord Vetinari....well, you couldn't call him a nice person, but he's a good person, after a fashion.

I once heard a phrase. "Honorable people do not always act honorably. Sometimes they cannot." Still not entirely sure what exactly that means.

And what does 'testiculos' translate to in that signature? Attention, perhaps? No, can't be.

I like this avatar much better.

What does "Quatermass" mean, while we're at it?

Quatermass was an old TV Sci-Fi professor who preceded Doctor Who by some years. And that word you highlighted, well, that's the more questionable part of it. As I said, it is a very rough translation, for reasons of taste....
