I like mild cheese but that picture churns my stomach somewhat....
I like my doctor flatmate, she has special candy to help me sleep and to remove toothache swelling :)

No comment :) She was even going to ask a friend to send over some melatonin from the states but i just had a look and it a schedule 4 medicine here and i think in Australia also, that can carry a fine and even imprisonment if caught without prescription. I did let her know earlier that i thought it was prescription only but she felt that is wasnt due to it being easily accessible in the states over the counter as a health supplement. Will let her know NZ is 20 years behind everyone or she may get a bit of a slap across the wrist without realising. Just means i have to sack my current plonka of a doctor and go shopping elsewhere as he refused to prescribe me some as his excuse was that when he gets audited he has to explain why it was prescribed to me as it is used for insomnia!~No s**t Sherlock!.....

You can buy melatonin over the counter here.
Better stuff you have to see a naturopath for.

damn, looks like the laws have changed there.... They are quit happy to prescribe quetiapine like candy with a list of side affects as long as my arm and makes me feel like a zombie all day the next day and more feeling of being in a dream world than i normally am but to get melatonin is like drawing blood out of a stone... Yeah thanks doc, ask for something natural to help with my insomnia and wont prescribe in case he gets audited as its used for insomnia!... Feel like im in the bloody twilight zone when i go and see him... He doesnt seem to have a clue about alot of things, is rather rude and gives me BS responses thinking i havent got a brain to see through his bull... So going to move on to someone else... Just not too sure who or how as yet... But my sleep patterns are totally messed up and trying to find a way ( naturally ) that may help...

I was on melatonin for a time.
It does make you sleep.
Too much, in my case.

No, and they cannot prescribe, only doctors, psychiatrists, pediatricians , neurologists and i think one more. Also i think vets ( maybe i should go in an act barking mad to get some from a veterinarian? lol)... Like i mentioned we tend to be behind the times here for a number of reasons... Even though the government website says no tests have been done on it i have just read an entire document on a NZ peer review on tests done on it! lol ... So as usual , the government is lying through its arse or cant be bothered to have a look at the companies or have their hands in the pharma pockets and yes the test results were rather positive...

I just have to realise being on the spectrum is akin to playing minecraft! lol ... Patience is the key here i think, despite my innards feeling like a volcano about to explode due to observational lack of common sense, arrogance and ignorance... Really do feel like i am living in the matrix watching human beings walking around like badly coded AI!

Yeah, I know.
The whole medical/pharmaceutical system is batshit crazy and corrupt.
Natural healthcare is looked upon as evil.
They were even trying to outlaw natural therapists a little while back.
