That's from a Far Side comic. If Gary Larson hadn't explained in one of his books that anatidae is the scientific name for duck, I would have been completely confused like most of his reader must have been.

There was another one in The Far Side called "Luposlipophobia". It's the fear of being chased around a dining room table by wolves while wearing new socks on a freshly waxed floor. :)
