Plastic packaging ties without any cardboard boxes. Not strictly two items as the second item is effectively the ommision of an item.

Several years ago, my grandmother had locked her keys in the boot by mistake so I went to the supermarket to buy the packaging ties and as I was walking out of the store, the till assistant came running out and said 'you aren't going to hang yourself are you?' so I had to explain that I intended to open the window slightly and use the packaging tie to pull the door lock open. It was quite funny as she looked really worried and said that I had looked really depressed and that as I left the store, she was convinced the only reason I wanted the box ties was to hang myself. LOL.

Hmmm... I was thinking brake fluid and pseudoephedrine (there are lots of meth labs in Utah, and this was actually a combination that I was told to watch out for when I was a cashier in a grocery store).

A few gallons of diesel and some ammonium nitrate fertilizer.

I will make a mental note to "accidentally" drop the receipt for a U-Haul Truck out of my purse while making the purchase...
