The September edition of the Reader's Digest is an absolute purr of delight for a word geek like me. I can't wait to sink my teeth (claws?) into those articles!

It has been a good weekend. I went to the hairdresser with a friend yesterday and had tennis lessons today. The tennis on television is really good, too.

Sometimes when I'm feeling too lazy to change my sheets, I just spread the pillows and blankets out on the floor and sleep on the floor, and make my bed in the morning.

I don't have sheets on my bed. I just use a heavy blanket.
