When I started going to college, and since I've left my house, I started eating a lot of junk food that I couldn't since I was in high school. I'm still not overweight and I'm still skinny; but after working at fast food for seven months and eating burger, fries, and coke most of the time, I started to get tired of junk food and fast food. That food started leaving a nasty taste in my mouth. My teeth were getting yellow and my breath started feeling nasty. It's the same story with energy drinks and sodas. I feel less energetic to do more things during the day like reading books and going joging. I feel like drinking water, coffee, and orange juice instead each day, and eating some fruit instead of fruit candy. Even the healthy food at fast food places started to feel nasty.

No, because I've never eaten fast food regularly and even less so as an adult.

I hardly ever eat junk food.
Maybe a gourmet pizza every now and then, not very often.
I like quality food.

I don't really eat junk food either, but if I've been eating a lot of crisps or hot chips, or especially eating nothing but instant noodles which I seem to get stuck doing too much, it worries me like I'm depriving my bidy of nutrients and must go on veg binge
Plus there's the wanting to minus gut, of course.

I almost never eat fast food because I never think about doing it. Plus, I am sensitive to smell and I dont like the odor of frying things. But when I have sugary things, I eat them compulsively and after I feel a bit like how you described: lack of energy and wanting other sort of food!

No, I'm tired of eating healthy food and living in a diet-crazed world. All my life I've been pressured to eat healthy or eat less because of my weight. Now I really don't eat very much, but I can practically live on cookies and chips but the thought of eating all the many servings of fruits and veggies every day sounds impossible. Sometimes I try to eat healthier but the food often just goes bad in the fridge and it becomes a waste of money. Healthy food is expensive. It takes more time and effort to prepare. I just don't have the motivation to prepare salad three times a day. I worry about the long-term effects but I guess I'm just too weak and lazy. Or at least that's how the world sees it.
Why must everything I do or don't do be motivated only out of guilt? :(
I don't drink, smoke, or do dangerous drugs so if I don't eat junk then what am I, perfect?

I've always been a very picky eater thou I'm not as picky as I used to be & I love junk food. I used to only eat one big meal a day till I moved in with my girlfriend at 29 because I cant cook much & couldn't get meals I ate more than 1ce a day cuz mom really hated cooking special meals for me. I would eat snacks during the day or night sometimes but I wouldn't eat that much. Now that I moved out I started eating junk food a lot more. I started eating 3 meals a day partly cuz of meds & supplements I'm on & i started binging on snacks too cuz I want to feel uncomfortably full.

I rarely eat junk food. Most of it just doesn't taste good to me.

Used to be the only thing I ate when I was younger because I'm quite a picky eater, I still eat it but just not as often.
