This would be cool to drive down the street in. My brother emailed it to me with the caption "Redneck Wheelchair", but I think it looks awesome! 
You'd feel like some kind of king, sitting up there tall on your throne, riding past your subjects.

Well, in a soft-target area like much of America, you wouldn't need any. And the weapon is just for asserting to others that you're ready to protect yourself.
But if a guy does point an RPG at you, you can press a button which makes the chair jump up and squash him.
