MissConstrue,

Was your Siamese a Lynx (tabby) point? I had a Lynx point Siamese girl named Samantha who lived to be 20. I currently have a Lynx point boy named Prince. I love striped kitties!

Yes his name was Casper, I still miss him. He was full of character, he didn't make it that long. Well, I didn't think it was long enough. He passed away when he was 8. It still depresses me when I look at my photo album and he's in there. I felt like I lost a child. I have many pet cats, but he was more like a person to me. He did the funniest things like block the door so I wouldn't get out. He even managed to open some doors depending on which door knob it was. He was a siamese lynx mix with tabby. I grew up with a lot of siamese cats. Most of them were mixed or choclate points. He was my buddy. I think I posted a pic of him on one thread like a month ago. Beautiful cat.

Here he is again.

Casper was a beautiful boy. He looks a lot like my Prince. I have a special thing for Lynx (tabby) points. They are stunning beautiful cats.

MissConstrue,

I love Lynx points for both of the reasons you mentioned. Of all the Siamese, they are the prettiest, a mixture of Siamese and tabby. Plus, my first Siamese was a Lynx point. Because of her, I went to a cat site and made a lot of great friends.

I have a Mini, Minipin (a miniature, miniature Pincher).

She is the sweetest and dumbest little diva dog I have ever seen. She loves any meat. And especially loves cheese and potato chips. But hates cheese with a loathing I have never seen. If you try to feed her mustard, she will leave and go hide from you. It's kind of cute!

My cat has been known to want affection for over six hours :D I'm happy to comply when I have the time, as it's very soothing to hear her purr and feel her fur.
