I Hate Change!

I just learned that my next door neighbors are going to move away, and new people will be taking over their house. My neighbors have been extremely nice, and quiet. I had disclosed my Aspergers to them, and it turned out that the woman used to work with children on the spectrum. I'm not sure what these new people will be like. My neighbor tells me that the new people are friends of hers, and that they are nice, but what constitutes nice varies from person to person. God, I hate change! Especially when it involves where I live.

Change can be annoying, but it's best to relax and hope that they will be good neighbors. You may end up liking them a lot.

I hate change myself, yet I desire some changes in my life. For instance: moving out and finding love.

I'm always aware that I'm supposed to hate change and so I go out of my way to deliberately embrace it when it comes.

I don't actively seek it out though.

There's not much you can do, so... as the prayer goes, you need to accept the things you cannot change.

Reserve judgement for now. There are still lots of nice people in the world.

I'm not crazy about change, either.
