Almost eighty pounds in the past year, and still losing. Two things that I have done: I drink water before any meal or snack (8-20oz of cool (not iced) water), and instead of exercising I attempt to keep myself active in everything I do. If I am outside on a call or having a cigarette, then I do single step raises while I am there; while watching TV, I will do push-ups or sit-ups during commercials. When working, I keep walking and moving in order to raise my metabolism and get more healthy. There are some on your list, such as Noni, that I have known worked for others.
