I love you women. You have played a wonderful role in our society; and I for one am a very progressive man who NEVER looks down on your gender. ;)

All well and good but loving females doesn't mean that you are one and since this is the womans section of this forum.........................

I am aware; but this the only section of this site I found fit to post it.

treating women as equals is a basic standard for human decency, so while it's great that you do, not really going above and beyond

that crankiness said, it's nice to hear that opinion on wp and I thought that list was really sweet

Yeah, it sort of raised my hackles too.
Not saying that you meant this, equestriatola, but far, far too often when a man says, 'I love women,' he means, 'I love women who toe the line of what women are supposed to look like and act like in this culture, and all other females aren't real women.'

I especially cringe when it is implied that women are a separate species (ie, men are Homo sapiens and women are something else).

Perhaps this seems over-sensitive, but please believe me that it's based on experience.

My apologies for this misunderstanding.

Quite frankly, if more men genuinely respected women, the world would be a more better place.

I also want to say: I am really appalled, as a male, to see what our gender has to women in some societies. It just makes me sick; I wish we could all live as one, if you get my drift. *weeps*

I find the prospect of weeping about this rather appalling.

That's nice, but:

1: Okay, fair enough (though two gametes are needed).
2. Just, no. Women are PEOPLE and every person has their own level of...er...depth.
3. That means you are very vulnerable. Many abusive women leech onto that mentality.
4. Yes and women have also brought us bad things...

I know you meant well, but you don't have to try so hard.

I like men who like women :) *Group hug*

I think that the world would be a better place if more men expressed their support for women

Oh. My apologies if I came on too strong there.
