Same with me. But the only time I can tell it's PMS is if I'm crying uncontrollably.

You just click on the "pm" box next to the person's name of the ones you want to send it to.

You live in California. You get free OBGYN no matter how old you are. I know because I live in California and have had to get it free before myself, my BC was free. I cann't remember off hand what the free clinic was called but they are out there.
