I.U.D.s,especially copper makes A worse ?

Anyone having a bad reaction to these IUDs ?
-I know from my online reading,copper can make all of my symptoms worse,nerves,sleeplessness,etc.
(Over 20 years ago,I asked my clinic to take mine out,only to have them tell me it had fallen out,already.)
The reason I'm asking,is my gastro-intestinal problems are getting more intense,and tho I hate it,I'm thinking about getting X-rays to see if its still there and embedded.
I am phobic about hospitals,too financially challenged to get really good health care,and scared as hell...

With me,I always have to "think zebras" ,not horses,as the unusual happens with stunning regularity,and having no social skills,I come off like an idiot or a flake when seeking heath help.Thats a symptom,right ?
