Does anyone else have a sensory need for their body to be very hot, like wearing winter jacket or wetsuit shirt (Neoprene) or rubberized nylon jacket on a summer day while its 70 outside but have the air be cool to warm. i hate hot air but love having my body overheated. anyone else like me?

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

I was like that when I was in my late teens/early 20's. I would wear my coat because I had been outside, and never take it off even after I was indoors. I guess it seems weird, looking back on it. I liked the comfort of the clothing more than I needed the warmth. It might have been a body language issue, too.
These days I usually wear less clothing than other people do in the same setting because my metabolism has gone way up since I started exercising heavily. I still have a poor sense of what others see, but on an intellectual level I have better self image and I am not hiding behind a coat anymore. Now I get uncomfortable if I get too warm, and cold doesn't bother me as much.
I wanted to wear shorts on the last day of going with a friend to a set of interviews. I didn't want to get too warm because I didn't want to get all sweaty and look bad. She said, "put on some pants", so I did, in accordance with cultural norms for interviews. OK, put on some pants you say. I don't want to go outside without pants! People would think I'm weird if I did that!
