AS to NT dictionary (and vis versa?)

Okay, this might be fun (or ridiculous, take your pick). I got this idea from one of those "He say -> He Means" things and thought it might make for a good laugh and maybe do some actual translating in the process.


Examples:

AS says "hobby" AS means "obsessive and possibly life long passion"

NT "shifts from foot to foot while you are talking and checks their watch/phone" NT means "I am trying to listen, but really need to be getting somewhere and don't want to be rude by saying so"


What do you think?

The dictionary would probably differ for every NT/AS pair.

Me (AS/NLD): *looks at phone* Likes the tactile stimulation of the old school BB click wheel. It can also sometimes mean that I need to check my calendar to make sure I don't have to go somewhere.
