test
Stimming tip! (worth a read, I think)

Do you constanty need to be doing things with your hands?
I do.
For a while as a child I had a little counter that I would click until 999 every day. Drove my parents crazy.
As I went to school I started to play with pens. So much so that in a test, they threatened to rip up my paper due to disruptive behaviour. Drove my teachers crazy.
Since then I've started something very damaging. I scratch all the skin off my fingers until I bleed. Lots. Not nice.
But I've now found something better, less painful and not quite as annoying to other people.
Packets of sugar from cafes.
Squeeze a little packet between your thumb and fingers. Rub them together as if you are doing the hand gesture for "money". Feel the granules roll against your fingers. Over time, watch the packet wrinkle and fade. Very satisfying I find...

One addendum to the "rubber band" tip: an alternative to hurting yourself is to snap the rubber band against your palm (or wrist, or whatever) as hard as you need. No injuries!

When i'm done eating i usually destroy everything on the table to keep my hands occupied... Start cutting holes in the empty juice bottles etc... Sometimes i keep it more civilized and just mess around with a spoon or gum wrapping.
I did the same thing in high school. After I finished eating, I would take my styrofoam tray and napkins, and tear them up into tiny pieces that I would then stuff into my then empty chocolate milk bottle and close the lid on. I usually did this because it was easier to toss at the trash cans on the way out when we were told to leave the cafeteria, since it was always crowded around them when everyone was walking out.
