Meaning like do you feel instead of people calling you your name instead they should be calling you things like cat or gun or video game. Is your special interest such a part of you that it is you.

Yes. Half of the time, when I'm at the clubhouse, I refer to myself as Mick Avory, though I don't expect the other people or ask them to call me by my skiphandle name.
