Finger wrapping

Any of you have a tendency of taking your sweatshirt string or headphone wires and start wrapping them around your fingers? I've broken quite a few headphones because of that.

Yes, and elastic bands, sticky tap, my own hair, whatever else is handy to my fingers.

I do this with my key lanyard, hoodie strings, lots of stuff.
