A lot of those either sound fairly normal (i.e. the Sunday thing, dislike of formal clothing) or are symptoms of other disorders.

True but lots of Aspergirls don't like to wear formal clothes due to sensory issues and dress in a very simple way, which Eva did. Also, I read somewhere rituals helped her cope with certain things. Keep in mind that AS is very different in girls than it is in boys.

Both of those things are common in NTs as well. Nobody finds formal clothes comfortable. As for the rituals, rituals are a universal part of humanity. Holidays, the Superbowl, and Sunday dinner are all rituals. And how about a little thing called religion?

Congratulations, you've just diagnosed the entire f***ing human race with Asperger's.

Umm...sorry if this post offended you...I was just wondering what everyone else thought! 8O

No, it's just that I'm sick of these "OMG DOES [INSERT CELEBRITY HERE] HAVE ASPERGERS" posts. This one was particularly egregious, as the "proof" was stuff that's completely and utterly normal.

Just because you identify with a celebrity or fictional character does not mean they have Asperger's. You can identify with someone who doesn't share your mental conditions.

Well, I've posted about this in a lot of AS facebook groups and the majority seem to agree that she probably was an Aspie! I guess you are in the minority! :?

Then they must have very low standards for what constitutes someone with Asperger's. Like I said, most of those Asperger's qualities are painfully normal.
