No, he did not. He was screwed up in the head, but he definitely did not have Autism. Before his rise to power, he was considered by many to be a very nice and charming guy in person. He was renown for his charisma. It's one of the reasons why Hitler's story is so frightening because at the time, people couldn't imagine that such a "normal, friendly guy" could be filled with so much evil.

According to Professor Robert Payne, "The death of his younger brother, Edmund, from measles on 2 February 1900 deeply affected Hitler. He changed from being confident, outgoing, and an excellent student to a morose, detached, and sullen boy who constantly fought with his father and teachers." Hitler was about 10. He also later revealed in his autobiography that he purposely did poorly in school to rebel against his father, who wanted Hitler to follow in his footsteps. He did better in school once his dad died and he had switched schools.
