I loved Garden State, but where are all the Life Aquatic fans?
Bill Murray, Angelica Houston, Jeff Goldblum, plus about five other big hollywood names, in a run down boat cruising around the ocean running into unexpected adventures in their matching pyjamas?
Misfits, pirates, a three legged dog, calming casio soundtrack?
There's even a few glimpses of a half-naked lady for the guys in there, too.
I bought the DVD ages ago (on sale, $8) and I watch it often. Mmm, open sea, crazy oceanographers, excellent set design, kooky characters in matching red beanies. In fact, I'm going to watch it again right now!

yes indeed.

Ah, I'm so glad to see that I'm not alone! :D Obviously, A Beautiful Mind is my biggest obsession right now, judging from my user name, avatar, and signature, but I find it interesting that several people on this site put it as their favorite. I would imagine that this has something to do with the fact that Nash is very Aspie-like in the beginning of the movie, before he developed the psychotic symptoms. At least that's why I love it so much, anyway. The quote from my signature moves me so much because I hope to some day find love, with another Aspie, of course. I know that I'm going to end up with an Aspie, or at the very least, somebody who has a lot of traits- we'll be a "pair of odd ducks." Bonding over geeky things- that will be what my romance will be...

Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind - anyone else think that Joel has AS?

mr. moose is actually an inside joke. the joke just doesn't sound right if it's ms. moose.

it all began with a long road trip with my family and the billy joel's the piano man. i was bored so i started replacing the line of the song and someone...i think it may have been me who added into the song about a strange moose who was continually stalking us the whole trip. the moose was a secret agent and, with the help a racoon, was sucessfully following us. i felt the moose might lose it's edge if it were a ms.

now i feel like changing my title...and my avatar. what should i replace my avvie with hmm...
