I dislike it very much. I let my picture be taken at family events a few times a year, but will try not to speak if someone is using something that can record my voice. Like some of the other posters, my voice in my head sounds much different from what it sounds like on a recording. Hearing it too much will make me speak less to others because I become extremely self-conscious and I don't want that.
I also don't like mirrors and have them only in the bathrooms of my house for that reason. Odd, I always thought I was the only person on Earth that felt this way. However, it is nice to know that I am not alone and that there are other people who feel the same way.
