Since being in 2 agencies: Westview & now Build Rehab, Ive found that NOT ALL
CA Regional Systems have same Services.

I urge these:

Uniform:
Career Testing
Career Counselling
Mentoring
Voc Ed Work Sharing
AS Adult Studies
Forum for AS Issues.
Lobby for AS issues
Voc Training & Testing with local schools, JCs, & UC system schools aside Pvt colleges if any
Home training.
Adapt program to Client.

Reforms:
CUT Regional overhead alone
Link via Internet
Online meetings for Staff.
Combine programs ( see above).
Tailor training to Client IF over 18.
Continue adult services.
Mentoring parents.
Parents Teach In
In Service for business Hiring AS & others alone Nationwide.
CUT State Bureaucracy alone.
(saveM$ alone).
Niche Regional services IF for Kids under 18 & those over 18.
Combine budgets.
Open door policy to Ideas & Improvements.

Then we can get Our Services & need not cost taxpayers much.
Very doable.

On another note Id love to see a NAIONAL INSERVICE DAY for Regional etc to Educate Business about Hiring AS & Aspies etc alone.

Phone Ins.
Webcams.

Wow.

Doable.
Just organizing event alone problem.

any size, any state NO exceptions.
