Conversation Builder App

I am not sure where this question belongs but my sons speech therapist recommended looking into apps that specialise in conversation building etc. the only one I can find is called conversationBuilder and costs $21. Anyone able to recommend this or any other?

I thought reading some reviews from a number of educators might help you see the value of ConversationBuilder.
