It's a niche market. Actually, beds can be much more expensive than that.

A trampoline would be cheaper.

LOL! I agree, You can get a mini trampoline at Walmart that you can keep in your room and jump on for under $20.00. You won't have to worry about breaking that, :D And rebounding on a mini trampoline is extremely healthy. It helps drain the lymphatic system.

You are very lucky that you keep getting a new bed. Maybe now you know how much they cost, you could try to do a little less jumping, eh? Or find an alternative soft jumping sensation that is designed especially for jumping.

My son broke his bed by jumping on it, and I couldn't afford to buy him a new one. The bed was still usable - he broke one of the slats under the mattress, but he couldn't jump on it anymore.

He has a trampoline outside and in his bedroom he has a rocking stool, although he's a bit too big for it now. He used to lean forwards on it and rock back and forwards.

The new bed is the costly as it is made to survive bouncing.

I have a mini trampoline for already 17 years, I really love jumping on it, but a mini trampoline for under $20.00 one should be careful, as it can harm the knee joints mine costed 17 years ago like $150 and it is very well made, my knee joints are still fine (and sometimes I jump up to an hour or longer, because once I start I just want to keep on jumping :bounce: )

I did not know that. I got mine on sale for $15.00. How can tell if it's okay to use?

There is product testing, I don't know the name in the US, where products are being compared to each other, google it.
With a good mini trampoline the mat is not too hard or too soft and the suspension system is good.
My bed is too hard to jump on and the mattress is very thin, I need a better one, and a cat is lying there.
