Does anyone have a hard time cleaning?

usually I don't think of it and just do a few things around the house not caring much or giving it much thought. Some days like today since I'm a visual thinker I visualize cleaning running around picking up the odd trash or items around the house envision EVERYTHING! Feed cat rabbits dogs envision the kitchen living room bed room is there anything you haven't done cleaning wise in each? Sadly doing this all day is draining. My parents view this as "bad mood depression" and have me starting and extra mood pill saying I'm been snappy and angry more but I'm just sort of depressed in a way since I don't know what to do with my life. But the whole VISUALIZE issue is tiring what is that and how do I deal with it?

I hate cleaning for the most part.
Though I am either hyper organized or disorganized.
