I've never tried it, but it looks like a brilliant idea. I love hiding under blankets and in small, closed-off spaces, so that looks like it would be perfect. I suppose it would be more or less effective depending on your tendency towards claustrophobia, but if you're one that needs to physically separate yourself from the world during times of stress or sensory overload, I would imagine this would do the trick nicely.

I have a bunk bed right now, but I'm getting close to moving out into my own place, and when I do that, I'm getting a regular twin bed. When I do that, I might consider buying one of these things!
