I've found doing HRV daily via a cell phone app and a Bluetooth heart monitor has helped me manage ASD-related (or Asperger's-related if you prefer) anxiety but started seeing a few that would check continuously...

3 seem promising.

Spire which seems to be a leader of available products but just seems to track steps and breathing, no heart rate, HRV or skin conductivity. https://spire.io/

Reveal which seems really promising and designed specifically for autistics and our stress but at least the first edition coming this month is going to be for kids. (I messaged their FB and they said they would be making an adult size soon). Unfortunately this doesn't seem to measure breath as it's a wristband. http://www.awakelabs.com/

Finally there's Lief which is seems like a pretty serious patch for skin and measures breathing, HRV, heart rate, steps and movement. They currently have it for $200 on their kickstarter page which makes me think it is a good option. it even has a vibrating breathing exercise automatically activate whenever you get stress. I honestly think this is the one that I'll likely go with. https://www.getlief.com/ And this has been reviewed a few times and the main downside seems to be it's placement if you are either doing hard exercise or wearing form-fitting clothes. I also think it has a disadvantage to Reveal in that it isn't designed specifically for autism.

What do you all think? Tried any? Any worth it?

Now I finally understand a lot I didn't before. (Technically now called ASD in the USA but I really don't care about autistic v aspie for terminology.)
