Funny thing is I just went on Yahoo Movies and for the 21 they have a whole laundry list of movies for that day but MATW is nowhere to be seen. Really though, someone should go over to Aspergian Island and see if they can get in touch with Jerry Newport, let him know we're curious to figure this out.

Awaiting "Mozart & The Whale" ever since I read about it here a few months ago. There's a movie playing in theaters now called "The Squid & the Whale". Maybe marketers figure they can't have 2 "...& the Whale" movies out simultaneously ? Just something I noticed...

Theatrical. Most new DVD relases come out on Tuesdays.

I hope he does soon. I want to know who's gonna make and soundtrack, and if it's going to be in Colombia!! !

I prefer it pushed back another year if they will have a good premiére of the movie...

Im not sure thewhale has much say in what happens to it. I hope thats not true but how much business works.

I am also starting to get sad. This is not looking too good for tomorrow, either its clear under anyones radar or there isnt any news anywhere. Just that 21st date.

What bugs me more is that even if it's not the date (seems pretty obvious now at least for the U.S.), I haven't seen one website so far talking about it getting pushed back to any new date or why it's happening. That's why I'd wanna ask The Whale about it, it'd would be too messed up if they weren't even sharing that info with him.

Last I heard, it was being released under a different (and vastly less appealing) title: Crazy in Love.

To me, it seems like the title alone is so negative that the movie isn't going to help us much...

Rainman and Molly come to mind...

I think that's just Europe and supposedly the connotation on 'Crazy' over there is supposed to have a lot less negative weight (supposedly).

This title would make a person think it's about a pair of psycho freaks who fall in love in a sado-masochistic way...

Mozart and the whale is a non-sense, but at least is a way more appealing title...

I think 'Crazy In Love' will probably have people here expecting it to be another Benny and Joon or The Other Sister. Whether that's good or bad or whether that's on point or not I really couldn't say much on because I still haven't even been able to see the whole trailer for this movie...
