I have always had vertigo, so for me they're a nightmare.

I love them. I get sick as all hell on them, but I love the adreniline rush.

oh ya.

roller coasters are wicked awesome, especially the ones i've never ridden yet.

I've tried to like roller coasters, but every time I ride one, I get a migraine. And I really just don't like them that much.

i have a real love for them. not particuarly interested in riding them although i have been on a few but probably no more than average. im not keen on heights either so that doesn't help getting past the nerves

no, for me the interest is derived from the construction, architecture, positioning and elegance of them. they represent an opportunity to experience a raw human emotion - fear.

i prefer the older woodies (wooden built coasters) compared to the modern steel monsters although i enjoy being in the vicinity of either - just watching the movement of the cars over the tracks, the sounds emitted by the machinary etc. is quite engrossing for me. photos on the internet and youtube helps feed my interest nicely.

I enjoy them. I think they are fun, but they also scare me a bit :)

I can relate to that though. I do enjoy looking at the architectural pattern of the wooden roller coasters. "OMG, an enormous pattern, stare, stare, stare!" LOL

I love them, I go silly and bounce up and down at the very thought, but I'm a bit deprived - my dear little country has a grand total of one rollercoaster, and I've been on it near a hundred times - it's getting boring.

I live for roller coasters! I'm going on the nation's top coaster (and my personal favorite), The Beast at Kings Island, in a couple of weeks! I've been there twice now and I absolutely love the roller coasters there! I'm also planning on going to Kings Dominion in Virginia later on this summer as well. I used to also enjoy the roller coasters at Astro World (in Houston), but it's closed now.

I love roller coasters, but I'm terrified of heights, so I don't like the ones like Superman and Fahrenheit that take you up a hundred feet and drop you.
