Here are some more tests I found on the web.
First, here are two tests for prosopagnosia (face blindness):

(I did fairly poorly on the first one and very poorly on the second.)
Next, here is a test for pitch recognition. (He explains the point of it on the page.) The actual test is toward the bottom:
