Depending on the intensity of the blowing, it can be very pleasing or it can be annoying. When it's the calm wind blowing graciously against the leaves of the trees, it produces a nice, soothing sound. When it's raining (not hard, but not drizzling), and the wind blows as if it were a sharp whisper; the rain being blown by the wind, with each drop making a different sound than the other when hitting a surface, being a rhythm acting in unison with the sound of the wind blowing as well to sequence a somewhat beautiful melody. Whether it be the brushed leaves or the dropping rain, the wind synchronizes with both, resulting in a sound of perfect harmony. I also like the sound of the wind when it's nighttime - for it can sometimes mask the sound of the annoying traffic transpiring in the background.

i probably should have been more specific, but i do enjoy a nice breeze....the kind of wind i am talking about is strong blustery wind; the more inconsistent the gusts, the more irritating it is for me. it's like music with no beat, no rhythm, and it drives me bananas....winter wind is the worst.

Wind gives me a hollow feeling and makes me feel weird and nervous. I get a sense of expansion and my skull becomes a conch shell.

I am sensitive to a lot of sounds but I do find that the soft, rustling sound of a gentle breeze to be quite soothing, almost therapeutic. The loud and persistent whistling sound of a strong wind calls for earplugs, though.
