Yeah, I saw that in the Bible too. It's Matthew 22:14. I've often wondered why shamans have nothing original to say or any "Holy" writings of their own to quote from.
you can find wise things in many wise books.
I am not religious at all, have been an atheist for 37 years, but when finally I ended up being a channel for entities and and powerful visions (one last weekend where I was visited by Isis, Shiva, Krishna and some anonymous entities) I left that delusion (gods don't exist thing) behind me. I know from the power within that they are not delusions.
I wonder what kind of experiences you had to be that dissapointed and call them delusions

Why don't you ask your "entities"?
And while you're at it, ask them to tell you my real name, so that you can post it here for all to see. Go ahead, you and your "entities" have my permission.

that's a very weak answer and you know it, anyway, I did not open this topic to battle with a sceptic, dellusioned cynical person. I won't spend energy on that

E.g. in I. Kant's Critique of Pure Reason or Bronshtein's Handbook of Mathematics.
How you do experience such "powers"? At end it your brain how does create a picture of this "powers" or "experiences". Outside your brain there is not evidence (or even an hint of an evidence) which support this "powers". I had a phase in my life when I took my fair share of psychedelic drugs. I know to well that the experiences under the influence of such substances are often so convincing that they can be easily taken for "real".
But I can tell you that with some training you even can overwrite such experiences. Try to invoke your reason during the experience, do some maths, recall bus lines, etc. pp. You will see that you can explain the altered state of mind you are in, even within this state of mind, via the real world surrounding you.
My recommendation: Such experiences can tell you a lot about hidden parts of your mind, but they do not tell you anything about the world outside the 1200 g grey mass in your head.

No, I gave a response, not an answer, since you asked no question.
It is your answer that dodges my question.
Go ahead. Ask your "entities" for some real answers to real questions, like What is my real name?
By the way, the words are spelled, "Wonder", "Disappointed", "Skeptic", "Disillusioned", and "Person."
This is a really great debate by the way.
I go into trances myself (not spiritually, just autohypnosis). My husband always checks to see whether or not I'm 'present' by using a series of tester statements like "I just pooped in your shoes" to see if I react.
Sometimes it's almost like meditation, other times I just get utterly lost in my interests and it's almost impossible to snap me out of it.

Miss Millie, I'm just getting warmed up...
you are deriding the oldest profession (yeah, it is not prostitution) of the world by ridiculing something that so far has not been understood, let alone researched well enough by sceptic scientists who son't believe what they cannot see.
Those shamanic powers have been so helpful in healing where psychologists or shrinks and classic medicine did not heal, that the USA gives grants to train more indigenous shamans.
You know when you are possessed by some thing...I couldn't even dream up the tongues I speak in daily sobriety, or feel the power of a divinity entering my body the way I do when I am in the other realm...

Not to mention "Mein Kampf" and "The Communist Manifesto."
Many people considered Adolf and Karl to be wise men writing their wisdom in books, but history has dis-proven those fallacies, as well.
Kant and Brohnshtein are two of my favorite realist authors, by the way.

It is no secret that Hitler had been trained by the Illuminati into the occult powers, they only realised too late that he had chosen to use these for his darker interests later on (yeah darth vaders stuff), he sureley was deluded when he wrote his book

That's "SKEPTIC" and "DON'T"!
Scientists see nothing to shamanism, religion, and superstition because there is nothing to see.
Evidence, Please?
Glossolalia is a common symptom of dementia. It's also called "Blathering Like an Idiot."
You're still using the same arguments used by many religionists in their lame attempts to "prove" the validity of what they practice.
Thar he go again, tellin everybody else they be stupider.

Did you say that wasn't proper? Did you march out on the track?
You were quiet, just like mice. And now you say that we're not nice.
Well thank you buddy for your advice...
