I'm not sure if this is a twitch or something else, but I have this thing where I roll my left eye up into the corner. Apparently I do it a lot. Sometimes it feels like I have to do it which is why I don't think it's a twitch, it's not entirely involuntary.

Sometimes in the evening, when I'm in bed trying to sleep. When I get relaxed, my leg can suddenly twitch, without my control.

I twitch occasionaly, I'm also guilty of random nonsense movements that seem to strike others as odd, I usually do it when I'm bored or need some sort of stimulation, I have a problem with staying still.

The only thing I have noticed is either of my thumbs twitching sometimes. There might be some others that I myself have not noticed.

Twitch glitch topic

Now I have developed a twitch in the left corner of my lips. my nose has always twitched (either side), and my thumbs do when I am easing into sleep, so I fold them into my hands so they will stop.

My brother has Tourette's, so I wonder if my twitching is somewhat related. My father also had twitches. :!:

My left shoulder twitches fairly often. Irritates the heck out of me. Fortunately, nobody has ever said anything about it besides my girlfriend, I've known for years but not even my family has complained. How, idk cause it's like one second my shoulder is in it's resting position then BAM it's next to my ear almost.

I occasionally jerk my head to the side. It's probably a tic of some sort, but it doesn't bother me because it doesn't happen very often. That kind of thing just blends into the background stimming anyway.

I have some involuntary twitches/spasms, so I always considered them tics. Every once in a while my whole body quickly shivers/sort of spasms all over. And for some reason I do the same thing right before/as I pee :?

When I am really stressed about something I will get a twitch sometimes. It can last for days and only started happening in the last few years. It has happened twice that I recall. Both times it just felt like a muscle contracting involuntarily.

The first time it was the muscle around my left eye, it would contract and move my eyebrow slightly, I found it extremely annoying. The second time it was a muscle in the left side of my neck, it contracted in rhythm with my pulse, and I actually went to the doctor thinking it was something else, like I was at risk for a stroke or something.

After a series of tests, echoes/ekgs and all that, the doctor said I was fine. That was when I realized it was a twitch, because it had gone away after several days once I was less stressed again.
