Say humanity develops the perfect kind of teleportation and traveling to all planets becomes as easy as walking across the room.

Should Aspies decide to live apart from others?

I like Earth and its nature, I adore the wildlife and I love my family. I have no interest in living on another planet. The planet isn't the problem. Now, on the other hand, if I could send a lot of other people to this other planet.... :P

I love my family, so I'd definitely prefer to stay here.

I would probably go as long as I could come back to Earth to visit as often as I wanted to and move back home if I didn't like it there. However, if I couldn't visit or move back, I would choose not to go.

Our first holy war could be about if we should all celebrate the birthday of Spock or Leonard Nimoy.

I'm not so sure about that... NT's can be pretty handy to have around.
I suppose we could keep them as slaves
(relax people that's a joke)

Having seen what happens when Aspies attempt to self govern; no.

Perhaps this could be explored in a way that the Deaf community has done. They live among everyone but has a strong community based on their ideals and possess their own subculture.

That bad. Negotiations that result in multiple meltdowns; everyone wanting their special interest given priority; insults flying everywhere; back-stabbing; personal attacks ...

Just look at this website's PP&R forum for examples!
