I hate it. Actually, I almost never can even get myself to go because I have such severe anxiety and even with health insurance, am fearful of the cost too. Healthcare is expensive.

:wall: i rather go to the dentist
i don't know, all the getting dressed and so on, and paying 30E for someone who can't be bothered,
how can they find the time to let me pay, when they're soooooooo busy on the phone

but a good physical therapist, that's quite amazing what that can do

I usually hate going to doctors' appointments. It feels so awkward.

I hate going to my doctor too but since he controls my antidepressant prescription I have to play the game once a year.

I hate going to docs, but have to go occasionally to take care of health issues, and to maintain my disability coverage.

I've avoided doctors like the plague for most of my life, but will have to go to mine soon for a very overdue health check up. It also couldn't hurt to tell them about the recent increase in my chest pains. It probably will come down to a harmless irregularity that isn't dangerous, but I've had a hard time dealing with the physical sensations in such an area, alongside the creeping paranoia brought about from knowing one has a family history of heart attack deaths.

I suppose lucky to live in the UK. It costs me nothing to see a Dr. All I do is phone up as soon as they open and ask for an appointment that day. I usually get one.

It's that 6minutes they give you to adequately explain all my symptoms that I feel pressured by.

GPs are the gateway to the specialists, so you have to give the the right info so they can refer you to the right specialist, even if they're willing to do that.

I used to be afraid of doctors, but not so much now. It's mainly anything that will cause any amount of pain, big or small. I cannot handle needles, IV's, anything like that. Also, I can't stand waiting rooms. Too many people, even if there's just one other person in there.

I am seeing my regular doctor about meds for my anxiety, and he's very comfortable to be around.

Dentists, however... I won't even think about that.

Take a music player with you maybe that will calm you down or if you play games, play a game on your phone.
