I mean if you have a specific issue, you should get one that specifies it deals with that issue, but I think there are also more general nose sprays that can help with various issues.

My doc prescribes me & my girlfriend Flonase as needed for our nasal allergies. It's available over the counter nowadays

What's the issue? Allergies/irritation? Dryness? It really depends on what the problem is. What did the doctor recommend?

I've been told to take Saline nasal spray for dryness & to wash things out but I seldom use it.

I need to update my address for my health plan before I see a doctor. I have alot of stuff that need to be check out, I should write it down before I will forget. I always forget things at the doctor office. I also have a thyroid problem.

A lot of nasal sprays are for short term use only because if you use it for too long your nose can get used to the spray and clog up if you don't use it.

I use Rhinocort - it's a corticosteroid and therefore can be used for a longer term. I have allergies to dust and cats and I live with them both.

What if your nose don’t get addicted to nasal spray. Can you still use it?
