I can't get reception thanks to the government and their stupid digital crap. But although I am just basically watching the scores update on the Suns' website, I pretty much know whats going on and it's like I am watching the game itself.

I started just before halfway into the second quarter (woke up a little late), and as always we had twice as many fouls as the Spurs. And we're getting fouled almost every other minute now (literally). I would have hoped the Spurs would have eased up now that they no longer have the "Hack-A-Shaq" option (last season's playoffs, I think, Tony Parker tripped on his own foot and blamed it on Shaq's big feet. Obviously the refs favored his ass as always, even though you could see the truth clearly in the replay), but I knew I couldn't count on it. The Spurs were like this before the Shaq/Marion trade and they'll always be like this.

Basketball is the one sport I enjoy, a lot due to the rhythm of the game (musician effect, I guess)... Suns fan, don't like Spurs (Parker and Ginobili especially, though Duncan has been bad at times too), and glad Shaq is gone. Good game so far in the bits I have caught tonight.

Oh yeah, it was Duncan who tripped on his own foot. Was thinking of Parker. I remember a couple seasons ago where Parker shoved Nash into a wall and got a slap on the wrist. Yeah, I know it's wrong to leave the bench and there's no denying they (the two who did I can't remember who they were) should have gotten suspended, but Duncan should not have been let back into the game after he had been sent to the bench for what was initially supposed to be the remainder of the game.

I'm obligated to because I'm a Mavs fan.

After the screw job the Mavs got in game 6 I'm not watching another National Betting Association game this year. The Mavs have a 1-17 playoff record with that particular referee, and a winning playoff record when he isn't reffing, coincidence?

11 Mavs fouls in the first quarter? And some blatant missed calls that even the announcers mentioned?

Ginobli is a dirty player that flops, glad Dirk broke his oversized beak. Your Suns are going to have trouble if the Spurs have the referees on their side like they did in game 6 against the Mavs.

Herman, sky - your personal opinions are noted, but don't contribute to thread at all. Why not create your own topic instead of hijacking another?

Are you from the San Antonio area too? Yeah, I get sick of Spurs memerbelia all over the place but it's no diffrent than when I lived near Cincinatti and Bengals memerbellia was smack all over the place.
