I have to wait at least two hours after eating before running.I do asthanga yoga first thing as I wake up,# 1 priority,then I eat after that,usually oatmeal with almond milk or a smoothie with fruit,soy milk,almond milk and peanut butter.
Not a good idea to run on a totally empty stomach,have a tablespoon of peanut butter, a banana,glass of soy milk,something to have in your system-but not too much or else!
