What is the best way to get calcium if I do not want to take a pill (I take enough pills already!), and I rarely consume dairy products (aside from the occasional bit of cheese)? Does anyone know which plant foods are richest in calcium?

I found a list on the usda web site. That pdf file has 26 pages of food with the amount of calcium per serving for example 16051 Beans, white, mature seeds, canned 262 grams or 1 cup has 191 millgrams calcium
