I usually put my cellphone (an iphone) meters away when I sleep, or I simply turn it off.

Yesterday night I fell asleep while it was in my hand and fell just near my head, emitting its radiations all night...

I woke up this morning with a slight headache and was felt bit distorted all day, feeling my head bit 'heavy'.

This is so worrying me :-/, should I see a doctor? Could the phone did something really bad to my brain in one night?

I don't think it should cause any adverse effects o_O I sleep with my phone under my pillow sometimes, and nothing is out of the ordinary for me.

I don't think that's a good idea. On the news a couple months ago there was a woman who ended up with breast cancer in the exact same spot where she usually had her cell phone (she kept it tucked into her shirt).
