it depends on a lot of things like diet, types of exercise, frequency, and what you would consider stronger. you'll probably notice gains in strength within the first month because of the neurological aspect of it, your body learns to recruit more muscle fibres so you get stronger without increasing muscle mass. after that the gains are slower and will really depend on what you're doing for exercise.
