This is a video of free running/Parkour .

If you have never seen it before I will tell you it is way cool! I wish I could do it.

It must take a huge amount of body coordination, depth and distance perception, and a huge amount of physical fitness.

Go free runners ! I Salute you.

I agree its awesome. I first became interested after playing the Prince of Persia games, of which parkour/acrobatics plays a major role.

I wish I could do it aswell!! !!

The video for Three Doors Down "Not My Time" has an angel free -running to save a mom and her little car from a car crash, it is amazing what he does physically, in no time flat..
